Using B+BTec Injection Systems
Our injection systems are designed to deliver optimal performance in various situations, even under demanding conditions.
This system works by mixing two chemical components in a special nozzle. This mixture is then injected into a drilled hole, after which an anchor rod or piece of rebar is screwed in by hand. This creates a very strong anchor that can withstand all kinds of influences.
Our chemical anchors are ideal for situations with cracked concrete or seismic loads. The technology ensures that no additional stress is placed on the surrounding material, keeping the anchor strong and secure.
Various Injection Systems for Diverse Applications
B+BTec offers various types of injection systems, each designed for specific applications and materials:
- Polyester: This system is suitable for medium loads and can be used in uncracked concrete and both hollow and solid stone. Polyester is an affordable solution for standard anchorings in construction.
- Vinylester: This system is suitable for heavier loads and can be used in both cracked and uncracked concrete. Vinylester provides strong adhesion and is extremely durable.
- Hybrid: For extremely heavy loads and fast curing, our hybrid system is the best choice. It can be used in cracked and uncracked concrete and combines the advantages of different resins for optimal performance.
- Pure-Epoxy: This system is ideal for the most demanding situations, where extreme strength and slow curing are required. Pure-Epoxy is ideal for use in cracked and uncracked concrete under very heavy loads.
