Can I order offline?

Yes, you can also order by phone or in person at one of our locations. The advantage is that you are in direct contact with our sales force that can offer advice and remove any doubt you might have on the purchase.

Can I order by phone or e-mail?

Yes you can always order by phone or e-mail. Opening hours for our facilities are Mo – Fr from 8:00 to 17:00 uur.

Where do I find my order status?

When logged in go to “my account” and select “my orders” from the menu to the left.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes it is possible to change your order. Contact our customer service as soon as possible with the details of your purchase. The sooner we receive your changes, the sooner we can stop processing your order. We are unable to change or cancel orders that have already been processed.

How can I be sure my order is placed?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we receive your order. This will take a maximum of 15 to 30 minutes. If you don’t receive an e-mail within this time, please check your spam box or contact customer service

I didn’t receive an invoice, now what?

You will receive an invoice by e-mail once we have completed processing your order. Want to find out what the status of your order is? Check your order status in “my account”.  If you don’t receive an invoice once the order is completed, please contact customer service.

Can I become a B+BTec business partner?

Yes, if you are a regular customer you can apply to become a B+BTec business partner. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Do prices in the BBTecshop include VAT?

Yes all prices in this webshop exclude VAT.

Does B+BTec provide Installation/Assembly Services?

No, B+BTec does not provide installation or assembly services. Looking for an installer? Please contact customer service, we might be able to help you out.

When should I request a quote?

It is always useful to request a quote if the project you are working on involves:

  • Larger quantities
  • Specialty Equipment or tools
  • B+BTec products that are not found in this webshop
  • Orders and Shipments outside the European Union

Try to give as much project details as you can. In most cases a B+BTec Project Manager will contact you on short notice.
