What are the delivery times?

Ordered today, delivered tomorrow (within the Netherlands). We aim to deliver every order placed on working days before 3:00 PM the next day. If you place the order on Friday after 3:00 PM or during the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday.

Can I collect my order at your facility?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our facilities when you indicated this while placing your order. The pick up service is free of charge and available Mo – Fr from 8:00 to 17:00. When your order is ready for pick up you will be informed by e-mail.

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands: All orders over € 125,- are shipped free. For orders under € 125,- we will charge € 10,-.

EU countries: All orders over € 500,- are shipped free. For orders under € 500, we will charge € 12,50.

Pick up from our facility in Zevenbergen is free.

Will I receive a Track & Trace code for my order?

It depends on the transporter if you receive a track & trace code. In most cases you will receive a track & trace code the day prior to delivery.

What do I do when my order is not complete?

When your order is delivered incomplete please contact customer service.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, no problem. Please let them bring a copy of the order.

Does B+BTec ship worldwide?

Yes, B+BTec ships worldwide. However direct orders through the webshop are accepted from the EU only. For orders from outside the EU please use the Request Quote Form. Shipping costs will be quoted seperately.
