The B+BTec Hollow Core Anchor Easy is designed for optimal performance in pre-stressed concrete hollow-core slabs and hollow-core ceilings. Our Hollow Core Anchor Easy is manufactured in a single piece with an innovative expansion cone and expansion sleeve.

When a screw or nut is tightened, the cone separates from the anchor sleeve and pulls inward. This causes the anchor to expand into the cavity and anchor firmly to the solid material. This ensures a strong, secure connection.

Flexible mounting for any situation

The installation of Drop-In Anchors is possible from both, the underside (ceiling) and the top (floor) which is a great advantage. This offers maximum flexibility during installation. The Easy hollow-core slab anchor is not only suitable for precast concrete hollow-core slabs, but has also been tested for use in reinforced concrete hollow-core slab ceilings.

For optimal performance of the channel slab anchors, it is important to use the correct screws, threaded rods and nuts. Our advice:

• For M6 anchors, it is recommended to use screws or threaded rods with a strength class of 8.8.
• For M8 to M12 anchors, it is advised to use screws or threaded rods with a strength class higher than 5.8.
• For the best spread of the anchor, it is recommended to use fully threaded screws, such as ISO 4017 or DIN 933. Ensure that the thread is long enough for the anchoring to function optimally.
