60kN Digital Anchor Test Device tests anchors quickly and accurately

With the 60kN Digital Anchor Test Device, accurately testing anchors is a simple task. The tester is very lightweight, making it easy to use even in a horizontal position. Thanks to the intuitive app, it's very easy to use, with reporting including photo and video material. 

This device is a high-quality measuring instrument which is supplied as a complete kit, including a free app for controlling the instrument and storing reports. This app is intuitive and provides the user with a powerful reporting tool. The whole package is supplied as a complete kit containing:

The instrument features a digital tension load cell which is loaded by tightening the adjustment nut. This applies a linear force using a hydraulic spindle. The force is applied manually using a ratchet wrench.

The measurement data can be read on the integrated digital meter. The load cell has a measuring range up to 60kN and a measurement accuracy of 1.5% f.s.d.. The load cell is regularly tested and calibrated at least once a year to ensure your measurements remain as reliable as possible.

The load cell is fully sealed to prevent any leakage. The instrument is powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery.

One of the features that distinguishes the testers is the number of legs beneath the test bridge. With the testers, these are 4 legs to create extra stability. The basic bridge supplied as standard has a maximum working height of 164mm and a span of 127mm. 

For projects where you need to test specific anchors situated on, for example, a base plate, special bridges are available with a larger working space. Please let us know in advance to prevent any delays.

The threaded rod M16 is inserted through the housing with the locknut on the top side. This will exert the force on the load cell during testing. The value of this will be displayed on the load cell housing and the free App (see below).

A fork with 24mm test space is supplied as standard for testing eye anchors.
A standard adapter claw with thread adapters up to M20 is supplied for testing threaded anchors. The adapter claw is magnetic, ensuring the chosen thread adapter stays in place and doesn't fall out unnecessarily.
Slot adapters are supplied for testing safety bolts, for example, up to M16. These too can be slid into the magnetic adapter claw without falling out.

The unit is supplied as standard in a plastic case containing all parts and, of course, a manual and calibration certificate. 

The instrument has the force display in kN on the tester itself, and this can also be seen in real-time in the free app. This app is available to download for both Android and iOS.
