Anchor Test Service
At B+BTec, we take structural safety very seriously. It is of course important that the selected heavy-duty anchoring solutions are installed safely and correctly. This is why we offer the possibility of testing. We do this not only for anchor systems manufactured and delivered by us, but also for anchor systems supplied by third parties. Are you in doubt as to whether an anchor has been properly installed? Or do you want to be sure that the anchor functions properly? We are happy to test it for you.
Testing Process
There are several reasons why structural anchoring systems may fail. Improper product selection, mistakes made during installation such as incorrect drill diameters or depth, failure to follow cleaning regulations and too low temperatures can result in reduced loads. It is extremely precise work.
We understand your desire to test it. We perform these tests on site. Here our specialists verify that the anchor is properly specified and installed. In consultation with the client and/or structural engineer, test loads are applied to the installed anchor. All findings of the testing process are then recorded for you in a report.
Test laboratory
B+BTec also offers the possibility of testing anchors in our test laboratory in Zevenbergen. If you want to be 100% sure that the chosen fastening method meets the set requirements, you can have it tested under simulated conditions by B+BTec.
