B+BTec is known for its innovative and high-quality anchoring systems. Our Type HL-CC heavy-duty anchor is an ETA-approved through-bolt anchor system specifically developed for use in cracked concrete. This means it meets the strictest European safety and performance standards.

Smart design for maximum load

The HL-CC anchor features a plastic compression ring and a triple-expansion sleeve. This smart design allows it to handle very high loads, even with small edge and center distances. The variable embedment depth allows the anchor to be installed deeper, further increasing the shear load. This makes the HL-CC extremely versatile and widely applicable.

Easy installation and safety

Another important advantage is its easy installation. By using the Typhoon Dust Extraction Drill, the drill hole no longer needs to be manually blown out, saving time and effort. Furthermore, versions M8 and up are approved for use under seismic conditions (C1 and C2) and resistant to fire exposure.

The HL-CC anchors also have a load range of 2.4 KN – 24.3 KN, are suitable for concrete strengths C20/25 – C50/60, are made of galvanized steel, and are available in several versions.
