After the successful development of Hull Penetrating Stainless Steel Coring Machines and HiSpeed Core Bits for Marine Salvage Operations, B+BTec now introduces a Special Patented Diamond Core Bit designed to safely and quickly remove fuel from distressed ships.

Auto Threading & Self-Sealing

The Spill-Seal™ Diamond Core Bit drills through the hull and in one go, machines a threading (without cutting) and fastens itself in the hull with a rubber seal in between. A large ball valve, integrated into the head of the tool, seals the connection. After the drilling operation is completed, the Hydraulic Coring Unit can be disconnected and a hose can be coupled to the core bit to allow for the removal of the vessel's fuel.
